Mohammad PASEBAN
He is a Japanologist, researcher, writer and University assistant professor.
The field of his writings and research is mostly about Japanese Culture and Literature.
Mohammad PASEBAN, who studied sociology, is very interested in the culture and customs of the Japanese people.
In Japan, he was the editor in chief of a trilingual magazine (Persian, Japanese and English) of “Pars” Press in Tokyo ,Japan’s busy capital, which was printed and published as a monthly.

This magazine introduces Iranian Culture to the Japanese and other foreigners that living in Japan, and it was also commendable in introducing the Culture of Japanese Society to Iranians. Mohammad PASEBAN has cooperated closely with Universities and Higher Education centers in Japan and is a good advisor for Japanese professors of Iranology and Iranian scholars.
He has written many books and articles in Persian, Japanese and English, which have been published in Iran, Japan and other countries.
“Dictionary of Common Japanese Expressions in Persian” is one of his works, which was done in collaboration with Iranian professor Mr. Mohammad Reza PARTOW and Japanese Iranologist professors .
This dictionary is used by Persian language and Iranology students of Japanese Universities, as well as Japanese language students of Tehran University and other interested people.

Among other works of Mohammad PASEBAN, we can mention the book “Japanese Customs, Festivals and Annual Events “, which was written in collaboration with Mrs. Masayo YAMAGUCHI.
The book “Iranian studies in Japan and a brief overview of Islamic studies in this country” is one of Mr. PASEBAN’s new works, which was recently published by Mithra publication in Tehran.
Among his articles in Persian language are “Iranian studies in Japan” which was published in Hamshahri newspaper in several parts, “The increasing interest of Japanese people to know about Iran”, “Homeless people in Japan”, “Etiquette of Kantō people in Japan” and so on.
The articles “Saturday in Tehran”, “Bazars of Iran”, “Handicrafts of Iran”, “Saffron as Red Gold of Iran”, “Wood Carving” and “Inlaid work ” and so on in Japanese, have been published by him in the Japanese press.

He has also translated some of the books of Imam Khomeini’s Editing and Publishing Institute into Japanese with the help of Mrs. YAMAGUCHI.
Recently, Mr. PASEBAN and Mr. Takuji YASUNAKA , The President of PAO Multi-Purpose Company in Tokyo, in the cultural department of this company, have set up a large Library that name is «Silk Road »for the use of Japanese people, so that the Japanese can learn more about Iran and its rich Culture.
This library has Ordinary and Reference books in Japanese, English, French and Persian language about Iran.
In this library, Iranian Attari, Persian language and Iranology classes are taught by Mohammad PASEBAN and other Japanese Iranologist professors.
The book, which is translated and published from Persian to Japanese language by the publishing Department of PAO Company in Tokyo, is done under the supervision of Mr. Mohammad PASEBAN.
Dr. Ali BOLUKBASHI has given permission to translate and publish his Books from Persian to Japanese language under the supervision of Mr. PASEBAN to PAO Publications.
So far, the books “Ghālishuyān-e Mashhad-e Ardahāl” and “Nakhl Gardāni” from the Books of Dr. Ali BOLUKBASHI and so on have been translated by PAO Publications and published in Japanese language in Tokyo.
